Carl Jung

Carl Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology. He is best known for his concepts of the collective unconscious, archetypes, and the process of individuation. Jung's work explored the interplay between the conscious and unconscious mind and greatly influenced fields such as psychiatry, anthropology, and religious studies. He introduced key psychological concepts, including introversion and extraversion, different psychological types, and the idea of the persona and shadow.
